- Only products that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for return or replacement.
- To ensure a smooth process, customers are required to record a video while unboxing the product. This serves as proof of damage and helps us validate claims.
Process
- Email us at 3doasisshop@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, unboxing video, and clear pictures of the damage.
- Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged item.
Non-Returnable Items
